Examples from churches, offices, theaters, and homes showed how loops can improve satisfaction and participation in everyday life.<br /><br />The second half focused on business opportunities for hearing care professionals. Hobbs explained that older adults represent a large, valuable market, and that practices can grow by educating patients, activating telecoil programs, looping waiting rooms and homes, partnering with installers, and sponsoring community venues. He concluded that hearing loops are underused and encouraged attendees to become local advocates for the technology.
